Terms & Conditions

Minimum duration of stay required is two nights. 15% additional supplement for one night stay. Single Occupancy rates are Rs. 1000/- less.

A 10% surcharge is applicable on the above rates for ALL weekends (Friday,Saturday & Sunday), public holidays and extended weekends.

Children upto age of 12 years can stay with the compliments of the hotel without an extra bed, in parents' room. If required, extra bed will be charged at Rs. 2500/- + Taxes (inclusive of buffet breakfast) per night.

Charges for Extra Bed for Adult will be Rs. 4000/- + 15% taxes per night (inclusive of buffet breakfast).

Extra bed is allowed in Beach View Superior / Sea View Pavilion.
Confirmation of rooms is subject to receipt of 100% advance payment within 3 working days of the booking.

Cancellation / Amendment:

Above 15 Days Prior to Arrival – 15% of the total package rate
Within 14 Days of Arrival – 50% of the total package rate

A 15% surcharge is applicable on room rate for any change of dates for bookings on all the above offers once the payment is received for the same.

Bookings for more than three rooms together will be confirmed at the sole discretion of the Hotel. This offer is not applicable for meetings / conferences.

This is a “Limited room & period offer” – only fixed number rooms are available under this offer. Rates are subject to increase once the allocated rooms get over.

General Cancellation policy
Cancellation made within 15 days of arrival would attract one night retention (expect for the period between 23rd December to 3rd January, when bookings are non-cancelable).
Other Details
Stay during 23rd December to 3rd January has to be for a minimum of five nights. Compulsory Gala Dinner Supplements on Christmas Eve (Rs. 7000/-per person) & New Year Eve (Rs. 9000/- per person) applicable.
