#1 Where should I come to take the package?

You can come any place in kerala to start the package.
Our packages starts from Kochi airport/Ernakulam Rly station/ Trivandrum Airport/Rly station etc. But, this you can customize by reaching any place in kerala. We will pick you from the location you indicate.

#2 Is your package inclusive of air tickets/flight charges?

No. The packages mentioned in the site are not inclusive of air fare or train ticket. But on request we can book thiese things for you.

#3 Can you book our flight / train tickets?

We can book your flight and air tickets. Please send us a mail with your/ wife name, age, from/to etc.

#4Is there any additional charges for cr/debit card payments?

2.5% for cr card and 1.5% for debit additionally charged.

#5 Your itinerary seems too hectic, is it suitable for honeymooners?

We used to mention all sightseeing places in the programme. It is upto you only whether you want to visit all the places. If you want only important places, you can inform the driver.

#6 Should we need to follow strictly with the itneary? Can we go our own way?

You do not need to strictly go with our programme. But you may not be able to visit other places not mentioned in our sightseeing list.

#7 What are the cancellation policies in case of cancellation?

May – August (Lean Season)
Cancellation has to be done at least 03 DAYS before the check-in date – 95 % of the advance amount will be refunded

September – November (High Season)
Cancellation has to be done at least 14 DAYS before the check-in date – 95 % of the advance amount will be refunded

December – January (Peak Season)
Cancellation has to be done at least ONE MONTH before the Check-in date – 75 % of the Advance amount will be refunded.
There will be NO Refunds for cancellation of reservation for 25 December and 31 December. Cancellations during peak season is NOT entertained

February – April (High Season)
Cancellation has to be done at least 14 days before the check-in date – 95 % of the advance amount will be refunded

Cancellation for Deluxe / Family packages has to be done at least ONE MONTH in advance. 90% of the package amount will be refunded

#8 Do I need to take a permit to enter Lakshwadeep?

Indian or foreign citizen needs to take a permit to enter Lakshwadeep. The same we will arrange for you.

#9 Are we getting a private car or is it part of group?

Your package is exclusively for you and not sharing with other couple or group. A chuffer driven car who can speak hindi or english will be provided. The driver will take you to all the sighseeing places and he will be a guide also..

#10 What is the safty and security in the houseboat?

We are in the business since 1992 and people are working in the boats are all married and know to us since our commencement of business. The boat is equipped with all safty measures, which have been inspected by Canal Licensing Officer every year. These steps ensure that you are safe and secure in our houseboat.

#12 I heard that houseboat ac works only in night?

Generally ac in the houseboat works from 2000hrs to next day 0600hrs. There are expensive and luxury boats which operates ac during day time.

#13 Is it cruise in night also?

Due to local fisherman put their fishing nets in the the backwater and lake, the govt banned moving of all types of engine operated boats from 1730hrs till next day 0730hrs.

#14 I heard that the boat stop in the night?

Kerala Govt allow boat cruise till 1730hrs. After that local fisherman put their nets in the backwaters. Cruise will start next day mornig at 0730hrs.

#15 Our houseboat is shared or independent?

Lake view houseboat ensure that our couple does not share with any other couple. The boat will be exclusively for you only.

#16 Will your representative pick up us from Airport /Rly station / Bus stand?

On your arrival at airport/rly station/bus stand, our driver will be there with a sign boad. We will also give you the contact No of the driver one day prior your arrival. These steps ensure that you meet the person on arrival without any delay.
